Friends of the club Gary 'Minter' and Paul 'Montessa23' (came to Stafford this year with us) and a few other old army mates attended the Farligh Castle twin shock event last weekend. Gary is currently working on getting his old MT500 back into racing trim so was there is support but Paul, Mr Frosty, Jack and Dusty were back to old tricks racing their Armstrongs to the limit. That's brilliant! What are the spec of your bikes? MT engines or higher spec? One was running different wheels and you were both running front discs. MT350 or otherwise? I see one was running a twin seat with an aftermarket mudguard. Does your bike need to qualify i.e. technical regulations, in any way for these events.
