Hi Eliza
Nice clean bike, I like the oil temp gauge on the oil tank
I was looking at one off an Harley and was out bid
What is yours off and does it replaces the oil filler cap or have you done a mod to get it to fit

Thanks!
Mine is actually off Louis ( large bike parts supplier from Germany, they do mail order as well ).
These thermometers come for a whole range of bikes (although not MTs...). They consist of two pieces - the thermometer as such which comes in a range of dip stick lengths and a holder that closes the oil tank and takes up the dipstick.
I made one out of two of these, one with the correct length "dipstick" and one for Harleys off which I got the holder. They're 39 EUR each and regularly on offer for 29, so for 58 EUR I got one made-to-measure, plus an extra thermometer and holder to go on another bike
In case you're interested, check their website at

Thanks Eliza
The one I was looking at I think replaced the oil filler plug on the engine off a Harley, so it would have been small
Thanks again
Vic
