no its not, the standard ones dont have the pillion bars yet alone the second doughnuts. The one we saw like that was:That's a standard yank HDMT500E,
Harley MT of the Kenyan Air Force, check rear mounted panniers aswell as front, handlebar gun rack and is that a left handed extended exhaust? (US HD MTs have an extended silencer)..
