From what I understand when the yanks bought Armstrong they started producing them as Harley until the 350 came out.

Are there any 350 panels out there that are badged Armstrong? If so, I would like some!

No no no no. When HD bought the rights, they still had to provide spares to the British Army for the existing bikes. They were not allowed to use the Armstrong name but still had to provide side panels to replace lost ones. Rather than provide blank ones, they were happy to have HD on them.
