centre stand came off, new enduro plastics, new enduro lights, new bars, have now got legal off road tyres, supertrapp silencer (sounds cool)

Just reduced mine to a similar build. I've got all the bits that did not go back on, and will weigh them to see the difference

If you can find an alternative to the rear swing arm you can save a lot more weight.
The CCM604 can be used but is a lot longer, its aluminium and needs lugs for the shocks.
The Aprilia Pegaso uses a steel swing arm that is lighter but also needs mounts for the shocks.
There are others for bikes such as the MZ Saxon that may be viable?
