Next outing for the Armstrong MX crew will be at Farleigh Castle first weekend in July..

There will be 4 ex army armstrongs giving it the beans again!

Just back from Farleigh Castle, what a great weekend! Weather was good track was good apart from the really muddy slippy bits! Bike was great until the last race when the chain broke! Doh! :( Couple of top 10 results and a 17th so well chuffed! Cant wait for next years event! :D

Was also good to meet Andy Gordon ( of desert storm MT 500 fame!) and his lad and also Westy! I take it that was your Red MT 500 in the car park!

yes, it was great to meet you, and see your fab bike, after hunting all round the site :lol: we had a very enjoyable day, and saw some very interesting bikes.

Is there a reason why you all decided not to fit fork gaiters? (other than looks)

No particular reason really otto - although its easy to clean behind the dust cover without gaiters and you can see when a fork seal is gone a bit quicker maybe...

Ellrider does have a point about the correct shade of blue tho! And I'll be working on those legs for next year too! :lol:
