Llanfyllin Workhouse 27th April 2019

I have spoken with the organisers at the Workhouse and confirmed the dates, accommodation and food arrangements.
Friday April 26th - arrive at your convenience. A meal should be available and beer available at the bar.
Saturday morning - full breakfast before riding out.
Saturday evening - into town for a meal in the Cain Valley Hotel.
Sunday morning - full breakfast before slinking off home.
Llanfyllin workhouse is on the A490 just east of Llanfyllin, Powys. Postcode is SY22 5LD.
I think the costs will be the same as last year. Last year the breakfast was £8 each - but seriously well worth it. The friday meal will depend on what's available and what you choose.
Sleeping arrangements are whatever you prefer: Bunkhouse dormitories can accommodate 24 and they provide the bedding. You can bring your own Motorhome, van or tent if you wish. Strangely, whichever you choose, the cost is the same at £15 per night.
Deposits aren't necessary. They trust our honesty and we just tot it up on Sunday morning and settle our own bills.
There should be enough of us to arrange a good trail ride, an easier trail ride (for those with road tyres or less experience) and a road ride for those wanting to stay clean.
In order to look after us properly they need an idea of numbers attending, and what drinks to buy in. Don't get too specific on the drinks, we just need a realistic idea of how much and what type (75% Lager / 20% Beer / 5% Guinness?).
Get your names down chaps, it's going to be a great weekend. I've ordered good weather.
