REMEMBRANCE BATTLEFIELD TOUR (Nov 2018)

Post by Pirate » Thu Oct 19, 2017 4:47 pm

I'm sure it cannot have escaped people's attention that November 2018 is the 100th anniversary of what is recognised as the end of the Great War. Join me as we pay our respects to the fallen where it all happened on what will be a tour not to be forgotten!

I will post the itinerary as it comes together:

Sunday 11th. Arrive at frontline in time for look around and talk. Observe silence and wreath laying ceremony with group participation. In the evening we attend the Last Post ceremony.

Due to the significance of the time this tour is open to all. If you have a grave or a name on a 'missing' wall you would like to visit please let me know and I will do my best to include a visit, either as a group or personal with time for you to pay your respects.

Please post your intention to come below.

As per our discussion at Wye I look forward to it. Enough notice for me to book the time. It will be a trip for the Z1000 I think.
