New meet South Wales

Hi guys, I have the opportunity to set up a new venue for a trail ride around the Abergavenny area.
I have spoken briefly to the landlord of the Clytha Arms pub between Raglan and Abergavenny, he is happy to put up with us as he is a Motorhead and loves bikes.
This would put us in the middle of some fantastic lanes, byways, and tourist spots.
He hasn't spoken of charging for camping as yet, but I will approach the subject when I know about the amount of interest there is. I'm hoping that there will be no charge if we eat and drink in his pub. Instead I'm hoping that anyone interested would make a donation to club funds as a gesture of goodwill.
I would like to know what dates people would like to see, as I would like to be convenient for as many people as possible.
Much of the lanes are unknown to myself, so it would be an adventure for anyone brave enough to venture into the unknown.
I have put this up on the Facebook page as well.
