Achtung

Due to a few issues last year over members cancelling their attendance we will be taking a none refundable deposit this year. This will safeguard the rest of us from unexpected increases in costs. This will prob be due to reserved accommodation not being used.

Although we may not need to pay for rooms in advance. My credit card will usually be required to guarantee our stay and chargeable if we no show.

This year I have already contacted the admin team and I'm arranging for the deposits to be held in the MT riders club bank account. In short I'm not holding the money so can't do a runner with it . I haven't run off with it in the last trips but thought this would a lay any fears from members who don't know me personally.

Not worked out deposit amounts yet as this depends on chosen accommodation.

Thanks
Grant

Reply received from the Hostel at Uden. Great news I think. Really an ideal place. Giving us the whole main building :D
Works out at £15 a night each plus 5 breakfast.

Hello Grant,

Thanks for your e-mail, seems like an exciting trip. We still have availability and we sure would like to accommodate you during your stay. ‎With a group of your size you can choose to rent our whole main building where you have 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms and a Kitchen all for yourselves. Also it will be more flexible if the group might get bigger and we can add some extra beds (with a surcharge).

Price will be accordingly (based on 11 persons).
Complete main building. €225 per night
Breakfast. €5

Further
We work with a guarantee of €50
Payment two weeks before arrival
Cancellation two weeks before arrival free of charge.

If you have any additional questions pls let me know.

Best regards,

Huib

Have a look at this hotel. It has cheaper dorm rooms too.

Finding it hard to find reasonable priced city centre accommodation. Parking is also a problem. The above hotel is the cheapest Iv found so far.

Deposits Please

£50.00

Can you all now send the none refundable deposit money's to the club bank account please.
This will be held by the club and used to pay deposits for accommodation or part payments. As mentioned numerous times its none refundable because the remaining members will have to split your accommodation costs.

Ian will be keeping tabs on payments received into the club account. Please make sure you put Holland payment and your name plus site user name too.

Thank you all

The bank details for payment of deposits is as follows :

Bank : HSBC
Name of account : MT Riders Club
Sort Code : 40 44 52
Account number: 31498436

The following is important :-
Payment can be made at a branch of HSBC by cash or cheque over the counter , or by online banking .
It would be helpful if you can pm me when you pay in, to identify your real name and which branch paid in if relevant , or a add a note of your forum name and say Holland if doing it online . It really helps me if it is clear who the money has come from of course .

Please do not pay money for this trip into the club paypal account - only the HSBC.

This is NOT an official MTRC event . It is a members own event kindly being organised by Blitz so the trip is a private matter between those attending . As a club we have agreed to assist by making the club bank account available just to hold the deposit funds on behalf of those attending and the organiser, and the club has no other responsibility apart from the safekeeping of these funds . As Blitz has said , deposits are non -refundable , so any foregone deposits will be passed on to him as organiser and will not retained by the club.

Hope that all makes sense , important to avoid misunderstandings . Hope you all have a great time

any queries please ask
