Took the MT to Salisbury Plain today, all was going well til I found a bit of a puddle......
Unfortunately the 'puddle' didn't have a bottom and the mud was so thick that I disappeared right up to the back axle. In fact it got caught so good that I couldn't get it out. I managed to drag the bike onto its side but the bank prevented me from getting any further. Then I 'borrowed' a couple of wooden posts (don't tell the military!) and wedged one under the back wheel and then one under the front forks and used them as a fulcrum to start lifting it out the mud. Some fantastic squidgy fart noises ensued!
Fortunately at this point a couple and a farmer came past and helped me drag it back out. Could have been a forced overnight camp:)
Am really aching now, but brilliant fun.
Love my MT
