Doncaster bike club event

The Doncaster & District Motor Cycle Club officially invite you to our annual rally event.
The plan is:
Saturday August 1st - Doncaster based ride-outs aiming to arrive at Paul's farm late afternoon for an evening of barbecue and beers. The club ride out is not compulsory, just turn up at the farm when you are ready.
Paul is providing the food but we think it only fair that anyone wanting a drink donates £1 per can into the bucket.
There is a possibility of putting a band on but that is still to be confirmed.
Overnight camping will be available with a portaloo provided.
Sunday 2nd.
A.M. Breakfast followed by a Treasure Hunt ride out from the farm.
Arriving back at the farm in time for lunch.
P.M. Gymkhana event to include obstacles such as Limbo pole, Sheep pen, Slalom, Slow race, Timed Start/stop, See-saw, and any others we can think of.
You can use your own bike if you like or I should have the Armstrong Trials rebuilt in time for us all to use. Each discipline will score points (including the Treasure hunt) leading to a prize for Best Rider of the Day.
Then go home when you've had enough.
Venue:
Lowgate Crossing Farm
Lowgate
Balne
Doncaster
DN14 0ED
Can we please have an idea of numbers to make the necessary catering arrangements.
Hope to see you there.
Steve
