Two events for your diary:

1. Midland Classic MCC, enduro, Buxton, 7/6/15. It says enduro, but really it's a hour Hare and hounds, then lunch, then another hour of racing. Easy, suitable for beginners and experienced. £42.00 entry. Entry closes 30/5/15 or when full.

2. Vintage Dirt Bike Club, King of the Hills, Grangemill Derbyshire, 4/5.7.15, hill climb and enduro, hill climb on Saturday, enduro on Sunday (h and h really). Easy, suitable for beginners and experienced. Hill climb £26, h and h £39, both events £54. There is camping on site and a country pub just 100 yards away. Entry closes 27/6/15 or when full. It's good fun to do both the hilclkimb and the h and h and make a weekend of it.

There's no need for anything exotic a roadgoing MT350/500 or Can Am will do fine.
