Oh and I fitted a new clutch cable to replace the spare I fitted in France which appeared to be a little too long and hard to adjust and guess what? It was! New cable was easy to fit and adjust, no problem. When we were away some said there was a batch of these slightly too long ones, it must be true then

was in Normandy myself but in my mates 1942 Ford, saw these MT's being trailered onto the ferry home, Cherbourg to Poole tues 10th, anyone on here?
I was keeping an eye out for MT's as I knew there was a group of you going over but didn't see anyone, though we were mainly in the American sector this time as we've done the British /Canadian end a couple of times before.
Keep meaning to go over on my MT, you can probably get about quite a bit more.
Bit of greenlaning looking for V1 sites near Cherbourg
Launch site nr Le Mesnil-au-Val
Stuck Jeep, Omaha beach
