I had my Armstrong MT500 stolen in May info can be found on Suffolk police website, or if you google "stolen Armstrong MT500" it should come up with my bike.

The rubber goes under the rear of the seat where its bolted on from under the rear mudguard.

Wanted rubber donut that goes under seat where it's bolted on.

Thanks for replies so far.
Had a look at frame again defenatly no holes for anything.
Have read about the swing arm option not sure it's the best option.
Pics would really help or is it shown on any drawings.
