Welcome to the forum.

If , or hopefully when, you attend a club event, you won't find two absolutely identical bikes so I wouldn't stress too much about being 'authentic'. The key is to go through the whole bike, from renewing rim tapes and tubes, cleaning calipers, cleaning all 3 oil filters, renewing brake fluid, cleaning all electrical connections (especially the earthing point behind the horn), cleaning rust out of fuel system , cleaning carb , guard against water ingress etc etc

Make sure your bike is mechanically sound then think about cosmetics, the used look is perfectly acceptable as is Mint condition. Many new owners try to determine the 'correct ' shade of paint - I haven't yet seen any official document with a paint code, but there are lots of opinions
