Random question!!! Does anyone on here know if Armstrong supplied some mt 500's to the Forestry commission??
If so are there any pictures!!

they’re called cv560. there are 6(?) I believe.

I heard that Sheffield parks dept. used to have white Armstrong's.

You're absolutely right Ron, we have/ used to have a forum member who rode them. They were white, had electric start, but no rear pannier racks. A few, I think 3 forum members (MT500ish was one and a chap from Hampshire? who sold up and emigrated) have got/had them. I think there were 6 initial evaluation machines, then an unknown number, perhaps 20 in their fleet . They were designated CV500 or CV560

The police also had a few evaluation 560s with a full fairing, there used to be a photo on the forum of one being hoisted onto a ship
