The ticket fails to mention you should be “MENTALLY UNSTABLE”
You don't have to be mad, but it certainly helps.

Got my instructions too, just finished the leccy start conversion, and a bit of a rebuild, so bit of a maiden voyage- hope I've done it all right! Going to Betwsy Friday afternoon A5. For overnight there. They mentioned a marquee in the letter so that suggests a field? Anybody going to take a guess where? - don't say snowdonia!
Hopefully bump into some of you there, to put faces to names, my bikes easy to spot- it's green! But to make it obvious it's got a big square metal top box ( filing cabinet) on the rack.
Ride safe

Hope Jools is right with the snow, at least you can brush it off, it can be cold as you like as long as it's DRY.
Forecast is its warming up. I reckon it will be the winter riders misery mix , the Welsh specialty of strong winds, low temperatures 2/3 degrees and a nice mix of drizzle and rain.
Expect the worst anything better will be a bonus
