That's the trouble with being so tall Simon, it's a long way down, the only problem I have, is when I hit my arse when I step off the kerb :-)

Apparently it broke into 6 pieces so a proper job! Im well and truly on the mend, a good operation and nice bit of titanium now - stronger than ever!
