I think Mel and Simon have a plan! Chisler came up with an idea near Stafford to allow a day at the classic show and a day at a day at a military memorial. A camp site will be used in the Stafford area there is a thread about it somewhere mate...

I will try and organise the time off. I am still mega busy but now have 3 chefs working for me. I need to check that I don't have any weddings booked that weekend. I do miss not being able to get to the meets. I can bring my own field kitchen or use yours . Currently have 2 no.5 stoves and oven and bbq plate .I shall confirm in the next couple of days. Need to also get the bike running sorn ed the past year .

I can't get to Spain as we had a baby boy 6mths ago and Mrs Louis wouldn't allow me to go and have some fun with my mates just wouldn't happen. Just kidding I couldn't get time off.

No weddings booked that weekend
Just got a 200 on Saturday which I have subbed out to another caterer.
So right now it's a go
It will be good to see you all

Shiney will need a carb job done before April.
