For those that remember Jim, following his death two years ago:

Very sad and pointless all down to the driver drinking and reckless driving.

Be who you are and say what you feel because those that
matter don't mind and those that mind don't matter!

Yeah really sad, Jim is missed, still makes me smile when I remember him accidentally pulling a tree down on my tent at Stafford

Tragic, so the car driver was overtaking in heavy rain in spray , previous conviction for drink driving, says a lot doesn't it ..... Overtaking in poor visibility when you cant see what's coming the other way is dangerous in my book rather than careless - a pointless waste of a life.
RIP Jim

I remember that evening.. Jim and I spent a lot of time talking about 101's... I too also remember Jim heroic efforts in trying to save all the MT's from that falling tree branch and the shear devastation and upset that he felt when he couldn't save your tent as well. I also seem to remember you and I tried to help him in his efforts :)

That is how I will remember Jim and don't want to dwell on the events that took him from us.

I'm not sure of Jim's exact words but it was something like " It was ne me,'twas some big guy, he ran off that way"
