Hi Minter,
Everything you've sent me has arrived quickly anyway, but I suppose the two tier, 'when it gets here' or 'I'm desperate for it' postage system suggested is a good idea.
If a customer is desperate for a part they can pay for premium delivery service they can specify this in the order.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed guarantees delivery parcels of up to 2kg by 9am and 10kg by 1pm the following day. The item is also insured.
