Last week saw the MT500's 2 yearly service completed as per the maintenance schedule - probably more critical now than it was when the bikes where new and in service. We often find the oil pipe worn as it passes behind the timing belt cover.
Both brake shoes had delaminated too so always good to follow the schedule.

We said good bye to the Rotax 605 DOHC engine as it now has a new home!

The silver 504 is taking shape and finally a KTM 504 MX engine ran up on the test bed and now For Sale. More info on our website on the following link...

Shipping available world wide if necessary

Hi. Would be great if you could give a bit more info on the DOHC conversion Gary. I didn’t know these even existed, variable valve timing as well!

Sadly not much to tell as not that many made, probably an experiment by Rotax for the F650 motor. If it had been a viable then i imagine there would have been many thousands made, the few that were, were aimed at the racers out there..

Thats as much as I know or have heard tales but nothing concrete maybe Nick from Force can shed more light...

This week has been all about finishing off a nice 504e in silver and black - what do you think to a silver only timing cover or silver timing cover with a black stripe through it in line with the cylinder!? I can't decide!

A nice looking MT350 arrived for a Sportax 405cc upgrade and whilst we were finishing off our 'Tidy Friday' we found a 348e engine we thought we would offer for sale..

Shipping available world wide if needed for this engine.

Engine cover all silver or with black stripe ?

I'd go for the whole engine in silver !

Tidy Friday all done as we wind down for Easter! This week we said good bye to the silver and black 504e which will get a permanent 'go faster' black stripe on the timing cover! The 348e also found a new home.

The 405cc to be engine has been stripped and checked and ready for powder coating.

A few carbs arrived for some Sportax TLC and a 504 engine with a broken bearing....

Happy Easter everyone!

I've got a few of those kits. Easier to store.
