Has no spark...
It's got Rotax watercooled 2-stroke. Some work to do so...

No wonder why there's no spark!
Bike has some totally wrong coil...

I do have problems finding any information about Frigerio's liquid cooled bikes. There's not much about aircooled ones neither. As bike has Rotax engine, so no big problem. As bike has Marzocci suspension, no big problem. And Brembo brakes nor Acerbis plastics are not problem. But i just can't find any pick of bike as original. All picks i have found are with red frame, this has green. And it looks original to my eyes.
Only info from finnish BIKE-magazine from 1989 number (and pick is bw ####):

HFR model is targeted for racing enduro, but offcourse it suits to serious amateur too. Front suspension is USD made by Marzocci and rear is monoshock. Brakes both front and rear is taken care by floating diskbrakes.
ENGINE: 1-silinder, 2-stroke, liquid cooling. DISPLACEMENT: 248,3 cm3 POWER (hp)/r/min: 49/8500 WHEELBASE: 1440 mm FUELTANK: 8,5 liter WEIGHT: 100 kg PRICE (1989 Finnish marks): 31900 FIM (= 5300 €) By the way, new Matchless G80 cost same those days in Finland

So if you got picture, please send a copy to me, please

I got mail from Italy. I asked to check by VIN code about my bike. So this bike is actually made 1986 and model is F7 not HFR. So it's has not sold until 1989 and then registered. And when registered they just typed HFR as model, which is uncorrect, but that is the way that things go in Finland sometimes. Mr. Luigi Frigerio said that this bike is one from 50 made. Pretty rare, i think. :)
Here's a link to their site:
