Having had a number of attempts at stopping the side stand wagging like a dogs tail, I asked George to make up some side stand bushes to a drawing I provided. Pleased to report that they work really well with no more tail wagging the dog!

Cleaned out the powder coat with an old 1/2inch reamer (50p at a boot sale) and the new bushes slip in no problems. Side stand movement at the rubber stop is 1mm cf over 50mm with the old worn bushes.

Many thanks George

Are there replacements for the "screw" that adjusts the clutch play at the casing end behind the right hand black plastic screw in oil cap/seal?
Mine sheared when I was adjusting. Whoops!!!

By sheared do you mean you snapped one of the bits to the side of the slot off?

If this is the case get a normal high tensile hex bolt with the right thread, saw the hex off and cut a slot in it, don't use stainless as it snots over and wears leaving a mushroomed head

Brilliant work George. Your endless line of upgrades is terrific. Better than OEM.
