This information is no longer relevant as there is no attachment button on the new forum perhaps the author could update it with the method for adding pictures to posts on the new forum

Hi Jim,

Just under the buttons that say "save draft", "preview" and "submit" there are two tabs that say"options" and "attachments".

Select "Attachments" and you should see something like the screenshot below.

In here you see the button "add files". Press on that and you will get the option to add files of your choice. The rest of the instructions should remain the same.

Unfortunately I cannot edit my original post, but hopefully this extra info will help.
