My opinion, buy from an owner who has had his MT on the road, then be prepared to go through the whole bike renewing worn parts as necessary. If you do that you will get to know your bike.

If you don't want to spend time working on your bike, don't buy an MT. A higher priced MT is no guarantee that it is a better bike. Caveat Emptor (Buyer beware) applies

Try and buy from a trusted forum member. If you want to purchase from a dealer, Nick at Force is a man of his word and very reliable.

Force Motorcycles have been extremely helpful to me with parts & advise. If I were to buy another for any reason I would purchase from Force, or as advised by Wirralman etc, from a trusted forum member, but I would not touch D&C with a bargepole!
BTW, they also made a strange comment when I complained to the effect that 'well at least it wasn't the one where we dropped a washer into the gearbox'!!!!!!!!
