MT350 garage/mechanic in Brighton area

Post by Clovis » Wed Jun 13, 2018 6:41 pm

Thanks to Filbay for the garage recommendation in Hampshire - could do with one closer to home though if possible.

I purchased my MT350 with a plan to teach myself enough to keep her on the road. Sadly, life's got in the way so far and I've yet to wield a spanner in anger.

As the MOT looms closer I'd like to know that I've got a fall-back of a garage/mechanic I can trust. If any fellow MT350 lover knows one they would trust theirs with I'd be grateful to hear from you.

Cheers, Jim

You need to find an old school outfit They should cope with a bike that doesn't have a diagnostic plug That said, they would probably appreciate a download of the manual (s)

Ensure that any MOT guy is aware beforehand that on MTs the sidestand tensions the chain

Yeah that'll confuse him more than what the main stand does ;)

Hi Jim,

We get bikes and engines shipped to us from all over Europe now if you're struggling to find a workshop that can cater for your Rotax/MT/CCM/MZ/KTM/Matchless/Jawa/Armstrong etc etc..
