Hydraulic with bench

Any body got a set of drawings for a hydraulic bike lift can't afford a new one but can get metal cheap to make one hoping to use a car jack as the ram???,any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers yeti

why not take a tape measure to somewhere that has one...maybe your local machine mart? from looking at ours at work its only made from steel channel.an hydraulic jack would be ideal bolted upside down.

A hydraulic jack upside won't work, it would need modifying.

A standard jack is not valved to work inverted. I learnt that the hard way when I built a press. I had to modify the valves in the end.
