Bike Courier

Post by dev237 » Tue Jan 26, 2016 8:57 pm

Don't know if this is the right forum to post this but.
I just brought 2 bikes from a guy up in Dundee, problem was how do I get them down to North Devon without doing over a thousand mile round trip, so I contacted Shipley and let the bidding for my business begin, had al sorts of quotes from £480 down to £218 , finally went with one for £228, had the best feedback, I had to pay £48 straight away then was put in touch with the courier, nice bloke picked the bikes up yesterday from Dundee and delivered them to me in Devon this afternoon.
Talking to him he told me the £48 was shipleys commission and all he got was the £180, but as he does nearly 200k miles a yeard delivering bikes its ok, he was on to his next job straight away.
The point being if anyone wants to use this guy His details are Robbie Millar, on 07740 107442, He would give favourable rates cutting Shipley out , he is fully insured and owns the company, got 5 vans on the road and spends lots of time in Europe collecting and delivering so is always going between his 2 offices in Edinburgh and Casino Italy via the south coast dock's , cant recommend him enough, a very nice man.

You don't need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.
