Post by Karl R » Sun Mar 18, 2018 9:29 am

Spec : 1972 Husqvarna enduro frame , MT350 Rotax Engine , 28mm Mikuni , K+N Filter , Gas Gas 38mm forks , Yam YZ Front wheel , Yz Rear with Cagiva brake plate , home made exhaust , bash plate , Tank ?, Seat Wassel pattern type , renthal bars , Amal throttle , alloy oil tank , MT350 electrical bits , Lithium battery. Home made parts fabricated . 14t / 56t Final ratio , fabricated chain tensioner . Had to cut out bottom rails . Gas rear shocks . Flywheel weight fitted .

Made out of parts I had stored for years in the shed , Engine was left over after 604 conversion . Always wanted a heavy weight 4St trials bike ( i.e. Norton 500t )but prices had gone silly so decided to make my own modern version done on the cheap !!! .

Still need to sort out carb and clutch is a bit snatchy but good fun and will crawl up a wall at tick over .
