CV500e on the road

Post by nick » Sat Mar 10, 2018 4:10 pm

I bought this Forestry Commission version of the MT500 as a box of bits about 6 years ago (from Otto - aka Woodruff) with the intention of rebuilding it to sit alongside my MT500 in the garage.
For one reason and another, it stayed in the box for the majority of the last 6 years, and I just wasn't finding the time to put her back together.
So I rang Gary at Sportax Racing (Minter) a while back, and he agreed to sort out the issues and get her back on the road again for me.
And what a fantastic job he's done :D
I went to pick the bike up this morning, and I haven't stopped grinning yet!
It is fantastic to ride, pulls like a train, sounds lovely, and everything feels tight and just as it should.
I couldn't resist a bit of a detour on my way home to find a bit of mud ;)
Big thanks to Minter

A very rare bike.
Agreed.

Well done for looking after it, not many about.

I've been after white plastics for ages, look after yours. They never come up for sale.
