might be able to help you out there Dave,
i've tried many heat proof paints now ,
bar-b -q paint , just comes off with petrol ,
PJ1 engine paint ,,,, same ,, petrol takes it off,,
but i'm now testing VHT Engine enamel ,, heat proof ,. satin black,, and petrol proof ,, KEEP YOU POSTED ON THAT ONE MATE .
