Welded the bash to the crossmember, more stiffness and importantly stop them darn bolts vibing out with the 81mm crank, lowered the bash 3mm as sits a bit tight to the sump stock (ta gonzo for the idea)

Opened up the box to take a vm44 and micra k&n to suit

Tis a bit, the ideal pipe I worked out wanted that back pipe to be almost a inch bigger and the can another 1.5" bigger

Had a go at the end can, first time I've welded stainless so welds not beautiful but could be worse lol

Welded in a 2.25" inlet stub, 2.5" baffle and packed it
Image

Welded a flat back onto it to tuck it in as close to wheel as I can not to have too much silencer hanging out the side

Imagev

Corner off a stainless turbo flange made a neat little mount, moved it up so can mount it on the same mount as the rack so can trim off the extra mount I had put on the frame

I'm really interested in seeing how this goes.

I have a variable ignition module on my Lambretta and it works really well. I'm conversing with the maker who is very helpful and the next step is to buy one that allows me to program my own curves rather than having 20 or so set mappings.

My mates had a play around on his two stroke with different preset cdi's and had good results as well, I've got the standard rotax map as a starting point, hopefully will be able to improve Tickover and getting it running reasonably well
Throughout the Rev range with a lumpy cam and large carb

The standard cdi seems to be the same from the 350 motor to the 636 which doesn't seem ideal! This ones made to replace that so plug and play into the loom just needs one 12v live running to it
