project armstrong 2018

this time of the year with less riding time gives time to ponder what if,[well it has for me]

so i've decided to try to build a 2018 mt adventure

progress so far

yes gary,
as you have probably guessed a wet sump engine swap so able to alter frame to make the 24ltr tank fit better :D

bin in shed today so bit more progress,
top shock mount and first engine mount tacked in place

its a yamaha parallel twin 321cc out of a yzf r3 only as big as a single but it redlines at 12.5k 8-)

a bit more progress,
engine mounted,radiator mounted,detachable subframe for bash guard made and fixed
[don't think i can get any further from a standard mt if i tried lol]
