Big thanks from me to Dave B and Steve A, and for everyone who made it to the event.

It was great to see some new faces as well some had never been off road before but got stuck into the recovery on a hill lesson!

Great venue which I hope we can use again in the not too distant future. I'll bring plenty of tyres, tubes, handle bars and spark plugs next time!!

Thankfully I made it the furthest up the hill saving myself a few quid in beers!!

Thanks for all of the MT shop purchases too, see you all at the next ride out..

Thanks to Steve and Dave for organising this great weekend. :D
It was a shame the snow put paid to what was shaping up to be some useful training from Gary. 8-)
The Bunkhouse was cosy and much better than camping although you then have to wake up whenever someone decides its time to get up and have a conversation. The breakfast was very welcome too.
It was good to see a few new and youthful faces and hope they enjoyed it enough to come back.
Was exciting to see Deadgrass and son Deadwood fighting to be King of the Hill and Oily rag trying to keep a brand new BMW from hitting the deck !
Thanks to Kev for giving me a ride home in the van in torrential rain.
Amazing to see Gary on an MT for a change ! ;)

I hope everyone got home safe. Fingers crossed we didn't lose anyone!!!
It was so good to see so many braving the elements. You were more hardcore than those Dragon wimps that wait until February.
I've spoken to Tree and we might be on for a re-run in April but I'll post a separate thread if it comes together.
My big thanks go to Deadgrass for the loan of the wheels, Ady & Gary for sorting the punctures, Dave, the pub and the Workhouse for their hospitality, and everyone collectively for helping to create such a memorable weekend.
