Introduction

Post by FITZ0439 » Mon May 18, 2020 7:56 pm

Hi all
Fitz from derby, I don't currently own a MT but as soon as lockdown is over I plan on purchasing one.
It will mainly be used for shooting on local farm land with the occasional ride out.
I've signed up with this forum on the advice of a mate who has an MT as he says it's a font of knowledge.

Welcome to the forum

Buying an MT can be a challenge, there aren't that many about and it's worth doing your homework so that you know what should and should not be there. Good luck

Welcome Fitz, keep your eyes out on this and other sites, they do appear, but price and condition can vary.

Welcome to the forum Tony

It's best to start your own new stater thread , it avoids confusion

Have a look around the forum, use the Search facility, there's a lot here. No question is silly if you don't know the answer

Check out the Teeshirt thread at the start of the General section, you're halfway to winning a couple already !

I know exactly what you mean, I didn't feel that I could join the forum until I'd actually bought an MT ! Congrats on your purchase and go over your bike thoroughly, see Initial Servicing Guide in General section.
