HaHa, the bag is a Swedish surplus rubberized bag that now resides on my camouflage atv...
Now that is the sort of bag I'm looking for, quick release I hope, it would be great to carry all those extra tools and keep bits dry. Now where is Adam Diggerdogs email address :-)

The bag is quick release. The truck in background is a M35A3 "Deuce and a half" 2 1/2 ton truck, you might call them "Lorry's" ????

We used to refer to such vehcles as a ' Bedford' (the manufacturer) a '3 -tonner' or '4-tonner' . Sometimes used the term 'Wagon' but that could refer to a transport vehicle or an armoured car (which had their own names eg Ferret, Fox, Saladin, Scorpion or Scorp, etc) Scammel (The manufacturer of a Recovery vehicle which US may refer to as a Tow-truck) Can't recall ever using the term truck nor lorry A Landrover was a Rover ( never a Landy which was regarded a a vulgar civilian term !) Things could well have moved on
