Good stuff. Were you tempted by the really shiny one that's almost too nice to use?

Re: What bike might be worth
So many factors other than the bike itself affect what they sell for, from the time of year to what's been on TV recently.
I'd say based on what I see them advertised for recently then a good complete tidy MT350 with no known vices would be £3,500.

Re: MT350 SPEEDO ON EBAY
If eBay prices are anything to go by MT350 (along with older bikes in general) prices are rising quite quickly. I guess there's the 'lockdown project' factor, but the prices have been going up for the last few years and have accelerated over the last few months.

Re: What have you done to your MT today ? contd
Watch out for the tram lines! I haven't been into the centre since last year's MOT for the van so I'm not sure where they've got to but I'll be coming out of Digbeth onto the burger island then out on the A45/Coventry Road round the back end of Small Heath. I don't think the trams are running that ...

Re: What have you done to your MT today ? contd
Loaded it up ready for MOT duties tomorrow. I have to drop the van off at daft o'clock so I'll run back on the MT. Probably it's first journey through the centre of Birmingham.

Re: Tool kit?
There was a tool wallet- relatively thin plastic I have a brand new one somewhere, drop me a pm if you are interested in it Thanks for the offer, that's good of you. Is it a black plastic roll? I've seen them but wasn't sure if that was the 'proper' wallet. If so I may be better just leaving them a...

Tool kit?
I have the tool kit, and the tool box is fitted to the bike, my question is about what goes in between. Were the tools stored in a tool roll or just bunged into the tool box loose? At the moment I have them all in a generic tool roll but that's too thick to fit into the tool box so I have it in the ...

WWII.
No MT related, but I'm sure some will find it of interest. Started to look over the Magnat Debon over the last week to plan out what to do with it and where to start etc. The previous owner had stripped the tank, changed the levers, cables and fitted a villers carb in place of the original Senspray....

Re: Previous owners of MT350 reg M166TOH
If you got to the RLC archive site https://www.rlcarchive.org/VehicleSrch just put in the VIN and model, pay a tenner and they'll do a record search which will give you the military reg along with basic details about which regiment/s it was with.
