CV500e on the road

I bought this Forestry Commission version of the MT500 as a box of bits about 6 years ago (from Otto - aka Woodruff) with the intention of rebuilding it to sit alongside my MT500 in the garage. Re: Old member resurfacing

Yeah its been a busy time! I'm working away from home most weekdays, and I now have another house that needs a LOT of work done, so I wonder if I'm ever gonna find the time to finish off my CV
I may have to give Minter a shout to see if he fancies putting it together for me....

Old member resurfacing

Hi again chaps I've been away for a couple of very busy years. In that time I've managed to get divorced, move house 3 times, and change my career. Re: Malmesbury Nick's CV500e Engine Rebuild

Fabulous work Gary - thank you very much indeed!
I love the finish on the engine - gold fixings look great, as does the sportax branding, and you've done a great job of recording progress on here too.
I'll pm you re possible times to come over .... can't wait to hear her springing back to life :D

Looking absolutely 'mint' Gary, but then I knew it would in your hands !
Thank you very much :D :D :D

Re: Wiring

Hi Tone, I'm watching with interest as I'm going to be doing something very similar in a little while. Are you planning to post how you sort the wiring so I can learn ? Electrics are not my strong point! ;)

Is that a chopped down 500 battery tray on your frame, or is it what the original looked like? Mine was carved off by a vandal many moons ago ...
