Something for those broken studs/bolts

I saw this earlier on youtube, having heard tales of woe on here about broken exhaust studs and other problems I thought I'd share it in case it would be useful to anyone.

Ouch! Well that explains why I've not heard from him since Wednesday! Just sent him a message and got a picture of his cast sent back. He's all ok otherwise he says.

Sometimes see him passing through town here as he doesn't live far away. He's mad as the day is long, a mate of mine saw him hobbling through the marketplace in a cast just days after crashing out of the TT (I think), he was under doctor's orders to rest up at the time but, it didn't stop him!

I've used Wicked Quotes for a few years now as I've been unable to beat their price. On the occasion I've had to ring them I've not found myself on hold for prolonged time.

I would agree with the advice to take a short course in welding if you can. Then once you're set up with a welder let out your inner skip rat and scrounge up as lots of scrap bits of mild steel, clean them up with an angle grinder and set about practicing. You don't need to be coded to weld bits up ...
