I have just found this web site. I have a copy of the database which is useful, but this website is better for most people. https://merlinarchive.uk/ just put in the erm (Army reg No:) and away you go :-) Hope it helps. Most of the headers are self explanatory on the database sheets, Tab 1 are below...

when I fit the locking bolt in position I only tighten it by hand. This is enough to do a full dismantle and re-build and it won't destroy the thread in the cranckcase as can happen if it is overtightened.

IMHO a lot of bike for the money!

I nearly bought it myself until I realised I've got a 604 in the garage and no where to put another bike :-)
